工程管理

浙江财经大学工程管理专业前身是1992年设立的投资与房地产专业,2003年开始招收工程管理专业本科生,2019年入选浙江省首批省级一流本科专业建设点,2021年获批工程管理专业硕士学位(MEM)授予权。经过近30年发展,本专业综合实力位居浙江省内高校前列,在2021年软科专业排名中位列前8.9%(42/470)、财经类院校第5,为A层次专业

本专业面向浙江省和长三角新型城镇化、乡村振兴、“千万工程”等领域的建设管理人才需求,培养工程基础扎实、财经知识丰富、公共意识强烈、乡土情怀浓厚的应用型、复合型、创新型人才。本专业在课程教材、教改教研、实践基地、竞赛平台等方面建设成效显著,形成了“工程+财经”、“工程+公共管理”、“工程+乡村振兴”的人才培养特色。

专业师资力量雄厚,92%有博士学位,92%有海外留学或访学经历,师资拥有香港大学、香港理工大学、清华大学、浙江大学、哈尔滨工业大学、重庆大学、大连理工大学等知名高校教育背景。近三年,专业教师发表SCI/SSCI/CSSCI收录论文60多篇,主持国家级课题10项、省部级课题30余项,培育浙江省“钱江学者”特聘教授等省部级人才10人次,入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者。

经过近30年发展,本专业为行业培养了1000多名中高级工程建设管理人才。近3年本专业本科生发表学术论文、获“全国大学生智能建造与管理创新竞赛”“挑战杯”“互联网+”“国创计划”等省部级以上创新项目和创新竞赛成果60余项;继续深造的学生中有60%进入清华大学、同济大学、重庆大学等双一流高校与UCL等海外知名高校。浙江省教育评估院的外部调查表明本专业毕业生在毕业三年内37.8%获得晋升或表彰,高出全省平均水平10%;毕业三年后,薪酬水平高出全省平均水平20%;用人单位对近三年毕业生的实践动手能力、专业水平、创新能力、合作与协调能力及人际沟通能力评价均值95以上,高出全省平均水平3%。


Introduction to Major of Construction Management of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics

The Major of Construction Managementof Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics(ZUFE),derived fromthe Majorof Investment and Real Estate established in 1992,started to enroll undergraduates majoring in construction management in 2003. In 2019, it was listed in the first batch of provincial-level first-class undergraduatemajorconstructionpilots in Zhejiang Province. In 2021, it started the postgraduate program of Master of Engineering Management (MEM). In 2021, it waslisted by the Shanghai Rankingin the top 8.9% (42/470, A level)among Chinese universities owning the Major of Construction Management, and was ranked 5th amongthose universities specialized infinance and economics. After about 30 years of development,ithas reached the top set of relatedmajors among the universities in Zhejiang Province.

ThisMajoraims to meet the needs of construction management talents in the fields of New Urbanization, Rural Revitalization and the "Thousand Demonstration, Ten Thousand Renovation" Project in Zhejiang Province and the Yangtze River Delta; to cultivate practical, comprehensive, and innovative talents with solid engineering, economic, management, and legal knowledge and skills, as well as strong public awareness and homeland feelings. This Majorhas strong and comprehensive strength in terms of curriculums construction, teaching reform and research, extracurricular practice base, and competition platform. Its talent training modules have three distinguishing features, i.e. "Construction Management + Economics and Finance", "Construction Management + Public Governance" and "Construction Management + Rural Revitalization".

Thefaculty membersof this Major(92% with a PhD degree, 92% with oversea study or visiting experience)mainly come fromwell-knownChinese and overseauniversities, e.g.,the University of Hong Kong,Hong Kong Polytechnic University,Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Chongqing University, and Dalian University of Technology. Theyare committed to producing high-quality research and making positive impacts on the industry and society. In the past five years, they published over 60 research articles indexed by SCI/SSCI/CSSCI, were granted 10 national and over 30 provincial research projects, and were awarded 10 provincial/ministerial talent titles or programs, e.g. Distinguished Professor of “Qiantang River” in Zhejiang Provinceand Elsevier Highly Cited Chinese Researchers.

This Majoris committed to offering high-quality professional education to students, and till now has delivered over 1000 construction management talents to the AEC industries and beyond. In the past 3 years, undergraduatesof this Majorhave made great achievements of over 60 items, including academic journal papers, granted research projects, and provincial/national awards in innovative competitions, e.g. the National Intelligent Building and Management Innovation Competition, the "Challenge Cup", and the "Internet+".About60% of the undergraduatespursuing Master Degree wenttowell-knownChinese and overseauniversities, such as University CollegeofLondon, the University of Hong Kong, Tsinghua University, Tongji University, and Chongqing University. According to the graduates' employment satisfaction surveys, 37.8% of our graduates got promoted or praised within three years after graduation, which was 10% higher than the provincial average level of all graduates in Zhejiang Province; the salary of our graduates was 20% higher than the provincial average level; the employers' satisfaction on comprehensive capacities of our graduates was above 95, which was 3% higher than the provincial average level.
