劳动与社会保障专业
专业介绍:浙江省最早开设的同类专业,全国首批开设该专业的八校之一,目前是省一流本科专业建设点,专业依托的公共管理学科为省属高校排名第一。专业面向“新文科”的培养要求,打造鲜明的“社保本色+财经特色”新态势,培育具有公平共享与民生关怀的“人文价值-专业知识-广域思维-应用能力”一体化民生保障服务人才,是国内重要的劳动与社会保障专业人才培养高地。
培养特色:强调“社保本色+财经特色”、“理论课程+实践课程”的培养模式。课程设置在宏观经济学、微观经济学、人口学、社会学、财政学、基础会计、劳动经济学、福利经济学等基础上,还开设有社会保障学、社会保险学、劳动法与社会保障法、社会救助与社会福利等劳动与社会保障核心课程。专业注重培养学生扎实的理论基础及分析应用能力,突出理论课程与实践课程的结合,充分利用短学期实训课程,以及政府、企业等专业实习基地,提升学生的实践应用能力。
就业方向:毕业生就业去向为政府部门(劳动与社会保障部门等)、事业单位(医疗卫生机构、医保部门等)、各类金融机构(银行、保险公司等)以及各类企业(人力资源专员等)。社会保障专业研究生招生规模较大,近三年来本专业具有较高的升学录取比例(考研和出国比例占1/3左右)。
Introduction: As one of the first eight universities to offer this major, it is also the first-class undergraduate major construction site in Zhejiang province. In addition, the subject of Public Administration on which this major based ranks first among provincial universities. In order to meet the requirements of the “new Arts and Humanities,” we highlight the “social security” and “economics” characteristics and to cultivate the students with “humanistic value -specialized knowledge - critical thinking - application ability."
Characteristics: we emphasize the students’ theoretical foundation and application ability. We provide plentiful courses, including core courses of labor and social security, such as the Social Security, Social Insurance, Labor and Social Security Law, Social Assistance and Social Welfare, as well as abundant economic courses, such as the Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Public Finance, Accounting, Labor Economics, Welfare Economics which will help students build a solid theoretical foundation. In addition, students' practical application ability are improved by making full use of short-semester practical training courses, as well as the professional internship in the departments of governments and enterprises.
Employment: Graduates are employed in government departments (labor and social security departments, etc.), public institutions (medical and health institutions, medical insurance departments, etc.), financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, etc.) and enterprises (human resources, etc.). In addition, our students who have passed the post-graduate entrance examination or have gone abroad for further education account about one third in the past three years.
